Owner of KAMM Academy based in the heart of the City of Glasgow, my need for change has developed from teaching industry experience within the FE environment, where I recognised that the learning did not support the student to build practical experience and career pathways, such as self-employment or management. I’m dedicated to ensuring new entrants and seasoned professionals have the opportunity to be ahead of the curve through the attainment of recognised qualifications within the sector as well as the business and social acumen to develop and enhance learner’s career aspirations, earning power and social impact on the communities they serve.
