I have been in the Health and Wellness industry for 40 years, so I have a wealth of experience working with people from all different walks of life. Beauty Therapy and Complementary therapies salons and clinics before training as a teacher working in large colleges of further education and then my own private training school and clinical practice.

I am now a mentor to others in the wellness industry and run a Women in Business networking group supporting women juggling work, life and family with rapport with people and specialise in treating my clients holistically and believe in treating a person holistically, mind body and spirit. I believe the key to all health and well-being is having the right mindset.
